Adult Fitness at Wild Tribe Academy is a great fit if you want to improve strength, conditioning, and body composition with guidance and accountability.
No experience required. You do not need to already be “in shape” to start— training is how you get in shape.
Most of our Adult Fitness classes are capped at 20 participants. Our coaches see YOU and coaching remains personal.
This is not "follow-the-leader" fitness. Your coach will:

Before class, please let your coach know about any prior injuries, limitations, or concerns so we can provide the right modifications and support you need.
Every class follows a clear, repeatable structure across three training zones: the Warmup Floor, Strength Floor, and the Turf.
We begin on the Warmup Floor with targeted mobility work to prime the body for the workout ahead, improve movement quality, and reduce injury risk.
The Strength Floor emphasizes functional movement patterns using varied equipment. Training load and volume are adjusted based on the current cycle.
The final portion of class takes place on the Turf and typically includes conditioning, plyometrics, or accessory work depending on the training cycle.
