Who This Program is For

Adult Fitness at Wild Tribe Academy is a great fit if you want to improve strength, conditioning, and body composition with guidance and accountability.

  • New to structured training or returning after time away
  • Want coached workouts instead of figuring it out alone
  • Prefer intentional training over random daily workouts
  • Want a welcoming community that shows up
  • Need workouts that can be scaled around limitations

No experience required. You do not need to already be “in shape” to start— training is how you get in shape.

Group Training — Individual Coaching

Most of our Adult Fitness classes are capped at 20 participants. Our coaches see YOU and coaching remains personal.

This is not "follow-the-leader" fitness. Your coach will:

  • Demonstrate movements and explain training intent
  • Provide regressions or progressions as needed
  • Adjust loading, volume, or movement selection
  • Monitor your technique throughout the dession
Functional fitness classes with a personal training touch in a group setting.

Before class, please let your coach know about any prior injuries, limitations, or concerns so we can provide the right modifications and support you need.

How A Class Is Structured

Every class follows a clear, repeatable structure across three training zones: the Warmup Floor, Strength Floor, and the Turf.

Warmup Floor

We begin on the Warmup Floor with targeted mobility work to prime the body for the workout ahead, improve movement quality, and reduce injury risk.

  • Joint and tissue preparation
  • Movement pattern rehearsal
  • Workout-specific mobility

Strength Floor

The Strength Floor emphasizes functional movement patterns using varied equipment. Training load and volume are adjusted based on the current cycle.

  • Squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, core
  • Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells
  • Coach-guided loading and scaling

Turf

The final portion of class takes place on the Turf and typically includes conditioning, plyometrics, or accessory work depending on the training cycle.

  • Sled pushes and pulls
  • Ropes, ball slams, jumps
  • Conditioning or athletic emphasis
Important: Let your coach know about any prior injuries or limitations before class so appropriate modifications can be provided.
Members are welcome by a fitness class as they arrive at the gym.

  • Hypertrophy — develop muscle and improve body composition
